This letter recommends to the INCITS EB that James "Jim" Hatfield be made an emeritus member of T13.

In ZAC-2, a generic ALL bit replaced the command-specific RESET ALL bit, et al. This change needs to be cloned into ACS-6.

Clone T10 mechanism for limiting the number of physical elements that can be depopulated to ATA working drafts.

This is the initial explanatory report to submit to JTC1 to forward INCITS 558-2021 ACS-5 for submission to ISO.

The Command Duration Limits description contains a typo in one additional sense code. When the Active Time Limit is exceeded, the additional sense code should be "COMMAND TIMEOUT DURING PROCESSING" not "COMMAND TIMEOUT BEFORE PROCESSING".
