The April T13 Plenary suggested defining a command to Device Faults. This proposal does that.

Adds a ZAC-3 SET FEATURES subcommand that allows RESET WRITE POINTER EXT commands with ALL=1 to be rejected when the host requests limitations on the use of ALL=1.
